Cancellation / Prepayment

When you make a booking, the full rental amount (including tourist tax) will be charged. This must be paid within 14 days. Cancellations can only be made by email: info@longerelafayette.fr You may cancel free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date. You will then receive a full refund. If you cancel between 14 and 2 days before the arrival date, you will receive a 50 per cent refund of the amount paid. If you cancel within 2 days of the arrival date, the full rental amount will be charged. We nevertheless recommend that you take out cancellation or travel insurance.
